Drawing instructions:

Step 1. Draw a circle and a short curved line beside the circle.

Step 2. Draw the number "3" backward.

Step 3. Draw the outerline connecting the number "3", the circle and the curved line.

Step 4. Draw a waved line and then the fish's fin.

Step 5. Draw spikes around the circle shape.

Step 6. Draw the fish's eye.

Step 7. Draw more spikes inside the circle fish's body.

Step 8. Draw the fish's tail and dots around the fish's body. Done! The puffer fish drawing is finish.
